Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team in a semi-fine dining setting. As a Sous Chef, you are dedicated to assist the Head Chef in daily operations and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly at the highest quality. This role involves supervising the kitchen team, maintaining effective food cost management, and tracking inventory levels for food and kitchen supplies. The Sous Chef will also implement measures to minimize food waste and ensure strict standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety are upheld across all kitchen areas. Additionally, they will be responsible for training kitchen staff, enhancing their skills and knowledge in all aspects of kitchen operations.
